Please book your stay through our Airbnb listing page. 

ご宿泊のご予約は、各物件の Airbnb ページよりお願いいたします。

• Check-in: 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM on the first day of your stay 
• Check-out: 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM on the final day

You will receive a door code before check-in.
Simply lock the door securely before leaving.

• チェックイン：ご宿泊初日の 15:00 または 16:00
• チェックアウト：最終日の 10:00 または 11:00 

チェックイン前に、玄関ドアの**暗証番号（キーコード）**をお送りします。
ご退室の際は、施錠をしてそのままご出発ください。

The entire building is cleaned before check-in, and we won’t disturb you during your stay. Outdoor trash bins are available for your use.

If you need cleaning during your stay, please contact us — a one-time cleaning fee applies.

通常、ご滞在中の清掃サービスはございません。
滞在中に追加清掃をご希望の場合は、事前にご相談ください。（※別途料金が発生する場合があります） 

• Please dispose of your trash in the designated indoor trash bins.
• Please separate burnable and non-burnable waste.
• If the indoor bin becomes full during your stay, you may place the trash in the outdoor trash bin. A professional waste-collection service will take care of it.
• At check-out, please place all trash inside the bins.

• ゴミは室内の 指定されたゴミ箱 にお入れください。
• 可燃・不燃 の分別にご協力ください。
• ご滞在中、室内のゴミ箱がいっぱいになった場合は、屋外のゴミ箱 にお入れいただけます。専門の清掃会社が回収いたします。
• チェックアウトの際は、すべてのゴミをゴミ箱に入れた状態 でご退室ください。鍵をかけてそのままお出かけいただけます。

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the guest house and on the premises. 

Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM to avoid disturbing neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
